Sonterra Health Center is one of the newest in the Asista family of Health Centers. It is now complete and offers the highest quality skilled and long term care available. Sonterra is designed to provide the highest level of care while maintaining a Texas hill country atmosphere.

Sonterra Health Center is fully licensed and open for admission.  Locally owned and operated, Sonterra Health Center will have 124 licensed beds for customer care. Whether patients require long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitative services or respite care, Sonterra is an outstanding choice. The Health Center is certified to participate in both Medicare and Medicaid insurance programs.

Sonterra is located on 5 tree-filled acres. It is in the Heart of Texas and is a short distance to all major medical facilities in San Antonio yet is built to create a homelike setting. Each room has large windows designed to bring in the outdoors. Our peaceful, neighborhood setting includes an outdoor side walks, garden flowers and serene surroundings.
